He was my doctor for a while, I liked and trusted him very much. He started me on the road to recovery from alcoholism. That was 15 years ago. Last July I desperately needed help. I want to Dr. Fenley office in College Park. The staff told me that I would be a new patient and he's not accepting any new patients. I went twice to see if they would make an exception because he'd seen me before when I was an anchor and even after when I got out of anchor Hospital. On the second visit one of the women said I told you that he is not accepting new patients. I didn't know what to do, I still don't know what to do and is May of 2016. I'm hanging on with both hands, a lady in the room tonight just give me a name of a psychiatrist that she sees, so maybe there is hope. I think there is now. May 23, 2016

This is a good doctor if he wants to be. He can also not recognize when a chemically dependent patient has other mental issues. He doesn't recognize the signs of bi-polar and realize there are ups and downs and the patient has no control over their actions at the time. And no matter how hard that patient may work on his or her sobriety if they are manic and does anything he doesn't like he dismisses you as a patient. End of story. No patience for bi-polar patients only cd patients and patients with depression. If you fit into either of those roles then he most definately is the best doctor you can find. But if your bi-polar find another doctor. He doesn't seem to understand the disease and expects you to be able to control yourself when your at your most manic time.
