Why I chose to pursue a career in healthcare: Children are always asked what they want to be when they grow up. My answer has always been the same: a doctor. As that dream became a reality, I have been reaffirmed in my purpose and passion to not only provide excellent care to my patients and impact their lives in a meaningful way, but also be their advocate and serve as a mentor for the next generation of aspiring physicians. What I want my patients to know about me: I want my patients to know that I am an active listener and partner in their wellness.
