Dr Nithya Swamy graduated with high honors and Phi Beta Kappa from The University of Texas at Austin and received her medical degree from the University of Chicago Pritzker School of Medicine. She completed an Internal Medicine residency at Texas Health Presbyterian Hospital of Dallas where she received the Steven Rinner Outstanding Intern award and was selected Chief Resident in her final year. She joined Allergy Partners of Metro DC after completing a fellowship in Adult & Pediatric Allergy/Immunology at UT Southwestern Medical Center in Dallas, Texas. She is an active member of the American Academy of Allergy, Asthma and Immunology as well as the American College of Allergy, Asthma & Immunology.
